Could it be that the velocity of spacetime is directly related to, and maintained by, the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy and the many other billions of objects in our galactic neighborhood? If so, what's going to happen to us if a rogue singularity is on a trajectory towards our solar system? Would we be able to see it coming? Would time slow down--or speed up? Would we notice a shift in our relative perception?
Ask George Bush and Co. I'm sure they have a plan to invade it and steal it's oil.
